Pricing
Monday-Thursday Rate: $55 an hour with 3 hour minimum.
Friday-Sunday Hourly Rate: $80 an hour with 5 hour minimum.
* Holiday's $80 an hour rate.
All rentals include:
Tables and chairs for up to 50 people
Kitchenette area with microwave, refrigerator and 3 compartment sink
Single bathroom
Wi-Fi upon request
Extras are available for an additional cost:
Black table clothes $5 per table
PA System $50 per event
Projector $50 per event
55" TV $60 for slideshows and presentations per event
